• Invest in under-exploited reserves and obtain better fiscal terms than existing license holders

• Leverage extensive corporate relationships to create deal opportunities

• Create balance between exploration and political risk

 ASSET OPTIMISATION

• Create opportunities for reserves upgrade through improved drainage models

• Acquire new seismic data and recharacterize reservoirs

 • Test deeper horizons where there is prospectivity

DEVELOPMENT

• Ramp up production through well, reservoir and facilities management

 • Target undeveloped reserves by drilling new wells and/or building new production facilities

• Ensure continuity of production by aligning local community incentives
