Funmi Ogbue is the founder of Zigma, an integrated oil and gas company. She holds an MSc from the University of Manchester and a BSc from the University of Lagos. Her career spans roles at Shell, Nexen, and BAT, with expertise in HR, planning, and regulatory reform. She also contributed to Nigeria’s oil and gas policy review.

Ojinika Mba-Kalu

Chief Operation Officer
Ojinika Mba-Kalu is a Project and Change Management professional with over 15 years of experience spanning Banking, Media, Education, Consulting, and Oil & Gas industries. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Master's degrees in Project Development & Implementation and Business Administration.

Tony Onwuha

Head Business Development & Government Relations
Tony Onwuha is a finance professional with over 13 years of experience in the financial services sector. His expertise includes credit analysis, financial planning, auditing, and strategic business planning. He holds a B.Sc. in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, England, and is a member of ACCA.

Temilola Achakobe

Chief Finance Officer
Temilola Achakobe holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria and has over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

Engr. Afakwu Ifeanyi (mnse, mnieee)

Project Engineering Services
Engr. Afakwu Ifeanyi Jude (MNSE, MNIEEE) is a Project Lead Engineer with over 24 years of experience managing complex Oil & Gas projects. He specializes in technical-business alignment, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. A former Schlumberger engineer, he has delivered projects for ExxonMobil, Chevron, TOTAL Energies, and others.

Amy Harry Nwadiaro

Head Legal & Compliance
Amy Harry Nwadiaro is a seasoned legal professional with expertise in government, legal advisory, and oil and gas. She holds an LL.M and LLB from Rivers State University and trained at the Nigerian Law School. Starting in business development at Alibert Furniture, she transitioned to law in 2014 as a Law Officer with the Rivers State Ministry of Justice. Amy later served as Legal Adviser to the Ministry of Health and specialized in oil and gas litigation, focusing on governance, compliance, and M&A.
