Quality is a primary goal for all of us alongside schedule, cost and safety. Zigma Ltd basic principle of quality policy of the Company is as follows :

• Management is fully committed to furnish to our customers the highest products and services which are in compliance with both contractual and regulatory requirements
• In keeping with our objectives, it is our policy to constantly maintain an effectively and efficiently documented quality management system with the requirements of international standards ISO-9001-1994.
• The policies and documented procedures within the Quality Management System must be understood, implemented and maintained in all offices/site locations.
• The quality management representative (QMR) shall constantly monitor the implementation of the quality management system, The QMR has the required authority and freedom to do so with full support of the management, to identify problems to initiate, recommend and provide solution to those problems and to verify that the required corrective and preventive action has been properly executed.
